This video is great, very well done. Brings back memories too of us all reciting the Burdah together going around Madina.

One thing that impresses me about many people in North Africa, and in particularly the Moroccans, is how central the salawat on Rasulallah is in their lives. I remember seeing once a group of Moroccans essentially cheering about something, and their "cheer" was a spontaneous salawat together on the Prophet .

some people definitely have beautiful etiquette when it comes to that. something funny in dimashq, whenever people get in a fight one says "salli 'ala nabiyy" "pray on the prophet!" or they'll say "Allahumma salli..." and the other person like HAS to do it too otherwise it's like a disgrace to their honor... it's rather funny... and in stores if ur trying to bargain and the guy says some ridiculous price.. ur supposed to exclaim "Allahumma salli... " hehe its quite fun
